Globalize tag[edit]

I removed the globalize tag because recognizance is a concept unique to the legal systems of the countries mentioned as far as I know. I could be wrong. But there was no explanation on the talk page so I took it out. Recognizance (talk) 17:53, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Neither England nor Wales is mentioned in the list as a country where the concept applies, yet the specific historical instances cited are from England. So, does recognizance apply in England or not? Or has it been made obsolete? 2A00:23C6:F027:6201:F46B:B2B4:B8D0:207F (talk) 21:54, 31 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It can't be "unique" to three or more countries. It can be peculiar to them, however. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.14.87.76 (talk) 14:51, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
