Comments[edit]

If this articles is being actively maintained: I added the Cleanup-restructure tag due to some structural and tone issues. I initially was going to add a neutrality tag for the final three paragraphs' unsupported claims and apparent negative viewpoint toward redevelopment in certain context. However, it would be more useful to first divide the article into appropriate Sections, addressing the multifaceted article subject, and then address any tone issues. The last three paragraphs in question could be organized into a 'Criticism' section, and provide reference arguments from multiple viewpoints.

If this article is abandoned or the creator is interested in having me make these adjustment, I will do so after some period for discussion & response. Bjmr (talk) 10:01, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This shouldn't redirect to urban renewal. All urban renewal is redevelopment but not all redevelopment is urban renewal. Urban renewal refers to a very specific initiative in the United States that involved tearing down poor urban neighborhoods. Redevelopment refers to any new construction on a site that has something existing on it which could be a gas station or an industrial park. 64.132.121.227 (talk) 15:19, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge with Golf course redevelopment[edit]

New article does not have enough material or notability to merit stand-alone article TYelliot | Talk | Contribs 10:50, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
