ATM[edit]

Although no source is given for his use of this machine, it should be noted that the ATM was actually a voucher based cash dispensing machine. The first modern day ATM was introduced to consumers in 1969 by Chemical Bank. → friedfish 12:45, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One source is Have I Got News for You on 27 April 2007, though it didn't mention it was Barclays Bank, and indeed Paul Merton asked, "How did he know what it was? Did he just go around pushing bricks hoping that money would come out?!" Dave-ros 10:01, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox[edit]

Can someone please fix the infobox so that it displays his daughter's name, which is present on the edit version of the screen? I don't know how to fix it. Werdnawerdna (talk) 01:28, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The field is no longer active. It was removed from the template in March 2008; see Template talk:Infobox actor/archive7#Children and Relatives and Parents and Template talk:Infobox actor/archive7#Alma mater and sibling parameters for discussion thereof. -- Molotron 09:06, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

in 1952 theres miss robin hood

i seem to find nothing from 1953-1960

from 1961-1973 theres lots of shows and films i can find

then nothing for 1974

of course in 1975-1976 theres down the gate

nothing for 1977,1978

1979 there regs guesting in the plank

nothing for 1980-1990

in 1991 theres Red Peppers

nothing for 1992-1994

for 1995 theres Paul Merton's Life of Comedy"

does this mean reg was active 1952,1961-1973,1975-1976,1979,1991,1995

i know which done interviews when there was no tv and films which the last interview was from 2004 from the on the buses fan club and i also know that reg did tours and stuff including his one show for 20 weeks of the year,every year from 1975 till 1991 and in 1988 reg varney did a on the buses tour downunder —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.165.98.50 (talk) 18:37, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article infobox is not meant to have detail at this level; and it's in the nature of the way actors work that they may have time off between roles, sometimes for years.
