Both Countries are not centralized. Batuhan2304 (talk) 07:21, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Chile[edit]

It's dubious to include Chile as a Regional State. Although this country is divided in Regions, and they have "Regional Governments" with a Counsel and Governor elected by popular vote, these authorities have a few administrative competences, and yet exists a central government controlled organs, the Presidential Delegate and Ministerial Regional Secretaries.
