It's not a big point, but there isn't really such an entity as the "R&B Residents' Association" - the councillors are elected under the banners of two separately registered political parties, the Nork Residents' Association and the Tattenhams Residents' Association, then for the purposes of Borough Council business all 6 councillors sign up to a single political Group, which is simply called the "Residents' Association" Group.

It's the same case with the (rather larger) Epsom and Ewell Residents Association but having individual articles for each ward (or even sub ward) Residents Associations is overkill. But add the district name to "Residents Association" is fairly standard for dealing with what is a single caucus at council level. Timrollpickering 10:33, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
