1. Discussions of reprivatzation by country; applicable laws, court cases, legislative debates.
2. Poland - relevant post-war history. Why wasn't agriculture collectivized Soveiet style? What types of properties besides the obvious factories, etc. were nationalized?
3. Ukraine - current status of reprivatization laws under new leadership? Any cases of descendants of "kulaks" getting property back or being copensated for eviction, gulags etc.?
