Thank You For Restoring the 'Open/Closed' Information...

...whoever you are! I respectfully disagree with Bearcat's assertion that people "don't care about closures or renames, either", and was frankly shocked to see that he singlehandedly removed all references to such. I can't speak for anyone else, but I know I visit this page frequently for that *very* reason. I watch the show, decide if I'd like to try the local eatery, then check here to ensure it is still operating. I understand Bearcat is an editor here, but I think perhaps he/she got a bit carried away with a sense of 'power'...lol. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.117.118.146 (talk) 00:51, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

I didn't say people in general don't care about closures or renames; I said Wikipedia doesn't care about unsourced assertions about whether a restaurant has fallen afoul of a purported Restaurant Makeover curse or not. The bottom line on Wikipedia, whether you like it or not, is reliable sourcing, not assertions of personal experience. Bearcat (talk) 08:02, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
