One claim here [1] that Equity has put Retro Jams back up as an independent channel, possibly to replace Retro Television Network on some stations due to a dispute with RTN's new owner, Luken Communications. This still needs a better source to identify which stations are affected... most of the stations currently listed in WP as Retro Jams are ones who carried the feed before Equity started moving these stations to RTN, so that doesn't provide any indication as to whether the format has been returned. --66.102.80.212 (talk) 19:46, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another [2] confirms Retro Jams as replacing RTN on Equity stations, but with the logo changed (imposing a new 'bug' over an existing one). That raises the question of who exactly owns the name, logo and identity for Retro Jams - and so far I'm drawing a blank on uspto.gov --66.102.80.212 (talk) 21:38, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
