Improvement needed[edit]

The article probably needs some improvement. While the Perry Mason TV-movies were quite successful, the 1973 attempt to revive it as a weekly series (The New Adventures of Perry Mason, with Monte Markham) was a fiasco. I think that the Burke's Law revival ran about a year and a half, so it was a modest success at best. Rlquall 20:00, 31 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Criteria for List[edit]

The current definition of "revival" doesn't really distinguish between a show that was canceled and almost instantly revived, with no halt in production, like American Dad, and the bulk of the shows currently on the list, which are revived after a hiatus of at least a year or so. If we allow for instant revivals, the list should be a lot longer. I think the criteria for the list should stay focused on those with notably long hiatuses. Maybe changing the name of the list something like "List of television series revivals after long hiatuses" ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marsilies (talkcontribs) 14:06, 20 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
