Misti, it's obvious that you are an expert in this topic. This entire page is VERY IMPRESSIVE. I could literally go on and on about how great this article is, but it's probably more conducive to provide you with some of my constructive comments/suggestions.

First, your leading section is a good overview of the topic, but I'm worried that there are no citations in this section. Where can you attribute that information?

Second, your section entitled "Overview and Definition" doesn't seem to match the content. Technically, your overview was the section before it. You should consider just making this section titled "Definition."

Third, what led to you choosing the four concepts under "Key Concepts"? I'm going to assume since you know a lot about this field that a lot of thought and logic went into picking these, but I was just wondering. Maybe you can add a sentence or two to introduce why the following terms are addressed...

Fourth, as far as balance goes, everything is pretty even except for 'invention' and 'kairos,' but I don't think it's detrimental to the quality of the page.

Finally and overall, I think my biggest concern with the article is that you don't cite some pieces of information. I'll highlight something that I think needs to be cited...

Overview and Definitions: "While the definition and scope of rhetoric is contested, broadly speaking"... "Often, rhetoricians study discourse and texts, but they also study objects"... "While some scholars may treat RoT as equivalent to rhetoric of science (RoS), scholars who study RoT have argued that it should be treated as a distinct area of study."

History: "Scholars started to suggest the importance of studying RoT in the 1970s alongside a growing interest in RoS." "One of the earliest articles to critique the rhetoric of technology was Miller's “Technology as a Form of Consciousness: A Study of Contemporary Ethos” in 1978." (AND THE SUBSEQUENT SENTENCES)

Concepts: The first paragraph of "new materialism" The entire ETHOS section! "As invention is important to the development of new technology, invention is also important to rhetoric. Along with arrangement, delivery, style, and memory, invention is one of the five canons of rhetoric, or the five key elements of a competent speech according to classic rhetorical theory." "Kairos is an ancient Greek word that captures the idea that there is a right time for action"

In conclusion, I think the only glaring issue to this article is that you are so closely tied to the topic, you don't have the critical distance to know how often to cite. Consider re-reading your article as an undergrad. Anytime you address something that might not be common knowledge to the layman, you're going to want tp cite that information
