This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... the person has no relations with me and the subject person is a public figure. Hope you don't mind Rahid7, moved your signature to the end of your comment. I've removed the speedy deletion template. I asked for this page to be moved into the draftspace after it was deleted, and I certainly didn't do so to promote RiceGum. I don't think it reads like promotion at all. In any other circumstance, an article like this that would be created in the mainspace would probably be left alone due to having songs that appeared on significant national music charts, like the US Billboard Hot 100.
