Removing speedy delete template[edit]

An article - perfectly formatted and with four inline citations - on a person who was High Sheriff of Anglesey, a Member of the UK Parliament (for 18 years), and Lord Lieutenant of Anglesey is NOT a candidate for speedy delete.
