Billeting[edit]

@Lwarrenwiki: concerning your edit - the Hagood source doesnt say Blatchford was assigned to do billeting. He just writes that he found Blatchford doing that. The context sounds more like he occupied himself with that task. Alexpl (talk) 16:40, 11 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

He just writes "(Blatchford) had taken over the duty of billeting officers in Neufchateau." - he just "took it over". It´s kind of hard to imagine that he was ordered to do this job of a captain, when Pershing tried not to hurt his feelings. Alexpl (talk) 09:01, 12 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
