I removed the following text as it didn't seem notable (£25 thousand pounds isn't a lot of money and his finances are his concern), also the wording suggested there might have been POV reasons for adding it.

Criticism of ICO[edit]
I moved the following text (with some minor edits) to the ICO page, as it seemed more relevant to that article.
