I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. John Forbs[edit]

Can anyone provide a good reference for this fact? I have one website in Australia that mentions this and a plagiarized student site that has typos. I can't find this guy in any Grey's Anatomy material nor on imdb.com. Is this the correct spelling of his surname, for example? --Hughdbrown (talk) 22:40, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
