i think this page is far far away from being neutral. it clearly incites to 'like' the concept of right managed images, degrading the royalty free one by degrading people who just love what they do without caring about monetary retribution. since i'm 'new' to editing wikipedia, i'd like to know what's the way to go in order to make this a 'neutral' article. --Nbf 15:44, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Title[edit]

Shouldn't this article be titled "Rights Management"? Nrbelex (talk) 13:26, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

NO Title change and salvage[edit]

the article has no references and is pretty confused, most of it is on copyright licensing and collective rights management. I will rename it collective rights management and link it to other relevant articles in wikipedia on copyright licensing.--SasiSasi (talk) 13:42, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

cant work out how to move articles anymore - will create new collective rights management article and redirect this one, will sort out the links to this article.--SasiSasi (talk) 13:45, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

turns out rights managed (RM) is not the same as collective rights management. Have removed unref material and replaced with ref defintion. Needs expanding. Will aslo clean up Royalty-free article.--SasiSasi (talk) 15:01, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The license agreements of stock image companies, i.e. istockphoto, getty images are commonly used in online course development. Typically the “Standard license terms” is obtained as opposed to “Extended License Provisions.” I am interested in how Right Management pertains to determining the restrictions to Standard license terms in this environment.
