A fact from RinRin Doll appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 18 October 2023 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that RinRin Doll first modeled for the brand Angelic Pretty at Pacific Media Expo after her friend, the organizer for the event, submitted an application for her without her knowledge?

@Jo-Jo Eumerus: Infobox material is also shown in the lead and body of the article, including "Personal life." Hook is in the first sentence of the "Career" section. Divine was her employer and content should count as a primary source. Moshi Moshi Nippon is a source discussing Japanese pop culture and fashion by Asobi System. lullabying (talk) 02:14, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Probably want to reconsider the hook link to an article with the primary source tag, although I am not sure it's strictly necessary. JoJo Eumerus mobile (main talk) 10:29, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Jo-Jo Eumerus: I'm not sure what you mean. The article for the hook is not a primary source. lullabying (talk) 02:50, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Jo-Jo Eumerus: I'm still not quite sure what you mean. Can you rephrase what you are saying? I'm not sure I'm following. lullabying (talk) 07:27, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I know, maintenance tags or other article issues affecting DYK hooks only apply to the main bolded link, not to any other links. As long as RinRin Doll's article is fine the article issues with Angelic Pretty should not be a concern for DYK purposes. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 00:02, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I also edited Angelic Pretty a bit, so there's a less reliance on primary sources now. I shall continue to improve it but I don't think it should affect eligibility of RinRin Doll's article. lullabying (talk) 00:48, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
