Merge with Intergovernmental risk pool[edit]
Intergovernmental risk pools should remain a separate topic from risk pools, but references both ways are approriate. The community group that participates in these pools behaves much differently than for-profit members and they have much different interests. From my perspective, the reason for formation, the services delivered, and communication between members makes them unique. 208.57.209.50 (talk) 18:30, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
