rmdir also works in DOS / Windows and with the /s attribute can delete directory trees.

rmdir -rf[edit]

Can anyone verify the "-rf" bit? My books don't mention it, the man pages don't mention it, and it doesn't work on Fedora. -- LuciferBlack 21:29, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
