First look - well written, couple of minor concerns;

  • Please DAB Luis Alvarez, and James Conant.
  • Could you confirm that in your writing style the citations at the end of a paragraph will cover all of the material therein?
    • Yes. Each footnote covers the text back to the previous footnote, or the start of the paragraph, whichever comes first.
