Hi, I work for LivePerson and would like to make some edits for accuracy's sake.
- I'd like to update "which offers integrated messaging, voice, targeted content, and video" to "which offers brand-consumer messaging for web, social, and mobile."
- In the current last paragraph of Professional Career, I'd like to add that LivePerson was named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in the World (source: https://www.fastcompany.com/90457804/artificial-intelligence-most-innovative-companies-2020)
- I'd like to add a last paragraph to Professional Career that read as follows: "LoCascio is the founder of EqualAI, a nonprofit organization focused on reducing unconscious bias in the development and use of artificial intelligence.
