Disenrollment[edit]

This tribal council that you have listed as elected has set up an election in 2008-2009 to ensure they obtained political power. As of right now the governmental issues rest on the disenrollment case that the BIA is going to deliberate within the next year.

The June 14 election that was held in 2008, Tracy Avila lost to a vote count of 113-91 to Eddie J. Crandell. The tribal council and the election committee invalidated the election and postponed it to January of 2009, in which they did not allow any opposition to run.

Following a meeting held October 25, 2008; when the majority of the tribe showed their support for New Leadership; Tracy and her tribal council moved to disenroll many members that have been members since before many of them were enrolled to gain political leverage. As of now this corrupt group is initiating a tribal court to perpetuate political retaliation against the disenrolled members by evicting them for non-payment for some of the homes that are occupied by the same folks that oppose them. Their justification and staging is that this group is not paying their rent or signing an agreement with the housing authority governed by robinson rancheria. The truth of this matter is that the current administration that will not step down, Tracy Avila -Chair, Nicholas Medina-Member at Large, Judy Anderson - Appointed housing commission chair; have been in default for rent payment since 2001. This actual group has instilled the belief that the residents should not pay rent to the government or housing authority because they had no contract signed. There was one offered but they would never commit or understand until they conspired and connived their way onto the tribal government. Now, They are utilizing their ignorance of tribal sovereignty to diminish the membership of the "actual tribe" so that they can reap the benefits of gaming, grant, and ancillary forms of funding to the tribe.
