Yes, in Izyum Turkey giving a speech at a NATO event. Confirmed by NATO spokesperson, NATO facebook page photos and his own LinkedIn page photos. If Russia says he's captured you can pretty much guarantee he isnt. MartyKopka (talk) 06:22, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

NATO not a proofen source of Appearance[edit]

As NATO is since Ramstein meeting on 26. april 2022 one of the weapon suppliers its not a credible source. There is a big chance that Cloutier in deed still is in Mariupol and that thats the reason why they dont give up. There is no independent proof yet that he s not captured there, a LinkedIn(!) profile is not a credible source as it is not posted by himself.
