Confusing and Incomprehensible[edit]

There is no context whatever to help a reader discover what is going on in this article. The layout makes it more difficult rather than less difficult to follow transitions and transformations. Why there are so many lists is completely unclear. If the diocese was created in 1986, then why do the lists go back to the 4th century? The two external links are to other lists, which do not serve to add clarity or more information to the article. Some basic rethinking needs to be done about what this article is trying to do, and how it should best be done. -- Vicedomino (talk) 13:11, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
