Kirghiz vs. Kirgiz vs. Kyrgyz[edit]

A group of editors on Talk:Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic recently arrived at a consensus for the transliteration of the name of this country: Kirghiz for Soviet-era uses, and Kyrgyz for post-1991 uses.
