I rewrote the first half of the article based on interviews and articles I found on Ophuis, but one of the original sources is a book that I don't have access to. I think a lot/all of the information in "Historical and contemporary examples" and from what used to be in "Work" is from that book; it's an evaluation of themes and connections to art history.
