According to his bio and dissertation search, he indeed complete his B.S. at the age of 19 and his PhD at the age of 22. He was born in 1949, and is currently 60 years of age. Not bad!

and there is a Canadian citizen running one of America's largest defense contractors. I seriously doubt he is not a US citizen..

He is a US citizen, that has been updated.
