This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --Janakacombank (talk) 01:23, 6 September 2015 (UTC) Ronny Abeysinghe is the longest served most senior Serjeant-at-Arms of Parliament in the Commonwealth.. He served from 1970 to 1996 in the Parliament, I have seen many articles created for Government official here. He hold the world record for the position.[reply]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because this article clearly states that he was the Serjeant-at-arms in Sri Lanka for quite a bit of time, for 26 years.
