Ros Hill not Ros Castle[edit]

I wondered why we had called it that. Ros Castle seems to be widely used also. I don't want to start a fight! I also don't know what procedures we use for possible naming debates (ahem, full situation is a little more nuanced than that but it's all I'm writing down right now!)
