The worst off[edit]
How about those theorists who emphasize prioritizing efforts to benefit 'the worst off' in the global social landscape (which is WHY this is the rule of RESCUE - those who NEED rescue MORE than others need consideration), such as Paul Farmer of Partners In Health (PIH)? Farmer discusses 'the preferential option for the poor and vulnerable' as a Catholic moral mandate found in Liberation theology (but not much else that is doctrinally Catholic).[1] MaynardClark (talk) 11:27, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
