Zach, "national award" does not make it official. In Russia, national awards are those that are distributed among people and companies from all over Russia. "State award" somehow implies that it was instituted by the Russian Federation, which does not seem to be the case. --Ghirla-трёп- 09:19, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I am still thinking it is a state award, since as SS r said, it is issued by a federal agency. But I won't fight to the death over it; just pick whatever think sounds best and i'll live with it. I mainly created this stub article for the Wikipedia Signpost's article on ru.wikipedia. User:Zscout370(Return Fire) 14:36, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
"Runet Prize" or "Runet Awards"? See, as example, category "Web awards" or this english-language link or this officilal announce from RIA Novosti. Unlike the Nobel Prize, there is no prize as money paid but only symbolic statues and a diploma. In my opinion, this "award" by his tipe.--Kaganer (talk) 07:40, 18 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
