San Francisco Plague[edit]

Hi there! I was looking of the page and was thinking of expanding the career section of this article, specifically giving more details about his time as a immigrant medical inspector during the 1900-1904 plague in San Francisco. My primary source, as of now, is [1] -however I will be adding more as I find them.
