The first sentence begins "Rushford Village is a city". That is strange wording. The definition of a Village in England and most parts of the US is that it lies within a town or city. Another wiki site states that Rushford City is surrounded by Rushford Village. I really dont know what to think, and I think most readers will not understand without more explanation!

Although I'm not a local, my guess is that Rushford Village was once called Rushford Township which is described in this work but apparently no longer exists. At 30+ square miles, Rushford Village is huge for a "city" of just 800 people.– Gilliam (talk) 07:42, 30 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
