Reorganized and edited[edit]

I reorganized the material as much of it did not follow a clear timeline. I also edited out redundent content as well as content that had little bearing on the subject (i.e. the convictions and doings of other crime family members while Bufalino was in prison. If anyone finds mistakes or omissions, please feel free to make changes. Rogermx 21:18, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Family Prosperity[edit]

Regarding Frank Sheeran's "claim" that he killed Hoffa. It was a death bed confession. If he had not died he would have been indicted for the murder. He is the first person in history to give a first person account of Hoffa's ride from the Machus Red Fox to the location where he was killed. He was one of nine people on the FBI's list of suspects from the very day Hoffa disappeared. --Spectre7277 (talk) 20:50, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Kennedy assassination claim[edit]

Article displays unproven claim about the Cosa Nostra and the Kennedy assassination. Needs to be substantiated or removed. Rogermx (talk) 20:10, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Never Controlled Utica[edit]

Although the Pittston/Scranton family tried to horn in and take over Utica in the late 70s and into the 80s, both via the alphabet wrs in Rochester and in Utica itself they were never successful. The Buffalo loyalaists were always able to keep them at bay. Cosand (talk) 23:13, 14 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Why is it wrong to have a Netflix film link in the "Popular Culture" paragraph? 22:46, 1 December 2019 (UTC) Eschoryii (talk) 22:48, 1 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Because why is that important to this article? All that needs be mentioned is the movie, the year, who portrayed the subject, and possibly the director. The distributor is not of concern for this article. They can find that in The Irishman link. Vaselineeeeeeee★★★ 22:57, 1 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
