London 2012 medal[edit]

The last edition in which I added the bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympics was reverted, as it has not been confirmed yet by IOC and IAAF. However I edited the article based on that publication on Spanish newspaper "Marca" https://www.marca.com/atletismo/2019/02/01/5c547fb522601dca768b45ac.html --JL-Cuenca (talk) 10:54, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

True, but Marca went overboard with their news scoop. Beitia should eventually be granted the bronze medal, but this is not yet official until IOC and IAAF ratify it. And this usually takes some time.--Gorpik (talk) 09:59, 11 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
