Popularity
The article states that S&H Green Stamps were popular into the late 80's. Needs a citation. I recall them in the 60's and early 70's but it seems to me their peak was in the late 60's and by the mid 70's very few stores continued to give them out.148.87.1.171 (talk) 21:53, 23 December 2008 (UTC)

Actually it was the 80's when they started to lose popularity, when Publix Supermarkets stopped using the program. Publix was the last very large retailer to issue Greenstamps, I think they stopped around '80 or '81. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.31.160.98 (talk) 12:57, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
