Empty?[edit]

The 6th paragraph reads: "An empty lifeboat containing four dead crew members...". If it's containing four dead crew members, how is it empty?? ClintFord 23:32, 30 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sank and then purchased[edit]

Car ferry/train ferry[edit]

In US usage, a car ferry is a vessel that hauls railcars. In British usage, the same thing is called a train ferry. This is an article on a 100% US subject. Per WP:ENGVAR, this article should use the term "car ferry". I'm very suprised we have an article on a car ferry that doesn't cite Hilton's book,^[1] as it's the definitive book on the subject, but he has a section on the terminology. 174.212.222.202 (talk) 01:26, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
