The SWEB area is now operated by Hong Kong's CK Hutchison Holdings' Western Power Distribution.

– Western Power Distribution is owned by PPL

30 June 2010 - EDF Energy sells to PPL who re-brand to Western Power Distribution

– EDF Energy is still the incumbent retail supplier. I can find no reference to an event of this nature in 2010.
