Deletion proposal[edit]
The Sahm rule is a widely discussed rule in the general media. Deleting this article on the topic would be harmful to Wikipedia's comprehensive economics coverage. -- Derek Ross | Talk 18:04, 27 June 2022 (UTC)
- It is an official measure from the Federal Reserve ([1]https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/SAHMREALTIME) so should be kept along with the official name being "Sahm Rule". Additionally, it is never referred to as the "Dudley-Sahm rule" except by mostly non-economists who are politically opposed to Claudia Sahm's discussions of women's role in economics and threfore should be protected from being edited to show misleading information. 130.76.24.29 (talk) 00:52, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
