"Prescient madman" said someone, it would be desirable to get a clearer view on:

who said?
was that person contemporary with Saint-Simon, with us or somewhen inbetween?
why? I.e.: what behavior/world-view of Saint-Simon was deemed delusionary/lunatically aberrant?
what was the proscribed behavior/world-view of the madman-caller?
