It's marketing, period.
Let's begin with the opening terminology. The corporate website says they produce custom guitars. That makes them a luthier, not a guitar manufacturer (for which see List of electric guitar brands where I note that If a shop doesn't have a distributor, it's most likely a luthiery), a thought supported by the fact that the website (tab In Stock) currently lists exactly ONE guitar. Choose luthier, or manufacturer — not both — or I will decide.
From there, it goes downhill, and is a pile of barely restrained fanboy arm-waving (often outdated at that, relying on a nonexistent 2011 catalogue PDF) that winds up to
- Head Luthier, Tom Keckler is around the shop in the afternoons and available to work on your personal instruments while also keen to talk to visitors about the history of Saint Blues, Memphis music, and music in general.
Overall, I vote Delete and might make formal moves in that direction. Meantime, I will start removing/hiding trash.
