Untitled[edit]

I don't understand this quote: "Sakura cigarettes are produced and sold exclusively in Japan" because I could buy Sakura cigarettes in Paris 2 or 3 years ago. It was in an official shop, the warning labels were in French, it was not contraband packs but real cigarettes.
