North American Pussy Willow[edit]
Pussy Willow redirects here, but there is a North American species, salix discolor, which seems to be distinct from the salix caprea / Goat Willow discussed in this article. I don't have the wiki-chops to write a decent article on the North American version, I'm putting this note here in hopes somebody might have the time and inclination to do so.
