I don't see a POV issue here. Sulfide mining can cause the type of polution described, and Kennecott is proposing to build a mine in the region and use the river for drainage. It seems pretty straightforward to me.StudierMalMarburg 22:00, 29 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
