Move Salvia africana-lutea to Salvia aurea

At present, Salvia aurea is a redirect to Salvia africana-lutea, but I believe that is backwards, and the canonical name should be Salvia aurea.

Over on Wikispecies, species:Salvia africana-lutea is a redirect to species:Salvia aurea, and there's a comment that "Salvia africana-lutea, expanded from Linnaeus' Salvia afr.lutea (Sp. Pl. 1: 26, 1753) is contrary to Melbourne Code (ICNafp, 2012) Art. 23.6(c): Salvia africana lutea is a generic name followed by two adjectival words in the nominative case and therefore is not a validly published name (see alsp IPNI, 2017)."

Also, at the South African National Biodiversity Institute, <http://pza.sanbi.org/salvia-aurea> says "This species has for many years been known as Salvia africana-lutea, however, according to the rules of botanical nomenclature, hyphenated names are illegitimate. The current or 'new' name was also given by Linnaeus a few years after he coined the original name, and is now the legitimate name. The first part of the old species name, africana, means 'of Africa' and describes the plant's origin and the second part, lutea, means 'golden'."
