The Salvia divinorum article does not deserve its GA status for a number of reasons:

It is US-centric
It has dead external links
At 140kb it may too long, although the refs take up a lot of space.
Breaking the article into the plant and the drug topics (as per cannabis) is probably a good idea. The drug use is likeley to be of more interest to readers than the botanical information.
Having seperate section for UK and US news refs seems odd.
There is an overuse of section headings
The "Heat gun vaporizing" needs copy editing, reads like a how to guide and mentions a device that may be non-notable and goes unexplained.
