Heya, Gradually building up this article. Noting that there are some comments re bias, sources etc. If commenters can make their comments more specific, I will try to address them. Tried to add an infobox based on the one from Microsoft v Motorola. Seem to have messed that up... BTW I've been trying to copy code from other articles and then adapting it to create this one.
