This page should not be speedily deleted because of at least the two following reasons: (1) most of the references are noteworthy (e.g. the website NIPS.CC, the main academic venue on machine learning) and (2) the prominence of the subject of the page (originators of one of the most largely used machine learning softwares).

This page should not be speedily deleted because... Samy Bengio is a trailblazing AI scientist who many were surprised to know did not already have a Wikipedia page.
