Trying to locate coat of arms for "De Martini"

My family moved to the U.S. and were from the Genoa area. I have a very bad drawing of the coat of arms and heard a copy was placed in the Council Hall of San Colombano Certenoli. What I have so far: De Martini, From Genoa & from Lorsica. Coat of Arms: Silver with three red bars, with a gold head and a lamb on top holding a crossed natural flag.
