Why I removed the Production section[edit]

The text, in context, is promotional. It caused the article to emphasize the event producers over the chefs, culinary personalities, participants, history, restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, the scholarship(s), the students involved, or the social, economic and environmental impacts of the event. The event producers may well merit mention in Wikipedia, but that should be on their own page. This article should be about the festival. The text I removed was subtly promotional but it was promotional nonetheless. Oona Wikiwalker (talk) 18:20, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
